Traditional Wedding Photography
Styles
Traditional

Is any formal or informal portraits of the bridal party, family, and friends in close-up and full length, as well as candid photographs of key events at the wedding. Most brides choose this mixed version of photography for their wedding day.

Photojournalistic

means no posed photographs - all pictures would be taken without any instruction from or awareness of the photographer.

Illustrative

looks like the photos that you see on billboards, and magazines. This is set up like a commercial photography shoot; the photographer arranges every detail of the image.

Creative or Artistic

photographer takes pictures from unique angles, lighting, etc. This type of photographer creates his or her artistic impression of your wedding day.

We  use a mixture of all these styles

Before - Itinerary

We work closely with you to tailor our activities around your wedding day itinerary. Typically we are asked to shoot a mix of candid photojournalistic style images, along with a set of more traditional posed shots.

During - Unobtrusive

First and foremost our wedding photography is always as discreet and as unobtrusive as possible. A wedding should be about the couple their family and friends - not a photo shoot. The goal is always to be almost invisible.

A wedding album should be a record of your feelings that day. We work hard to capture the essence of the mood as well as the visual impacts of your wedding day.

After - Post Production

With film - it used to be said that great photography happens in the darkroom not in the camera.  We wont compromise on the quality of our wedding photos.

We spend two hours in our digital darkroom for every hour shooting so allow two weeks for delivery of the final proofs  and  DVD's

Web wedding album segments are loaded to our server as we complete them.
